Slow Me Down

Every morning I find myself wrapped up in the push-and-shove of the busy work day. I often find myself having to take a step back to let others pass, who might be in a bigger rush than myself. I sometimes want to give someone the finger, or tell them straight-up to "watch where the f* they're going." But instead I say a quick prayer for patience, and remind myself that we're all just trying to make a living.

He's someone's dad. She's someone's mom. We're all just trying to get to work to make it happen. And everyone just needs to chill out. Even me.
